Please provide your payment to the home cleaning crew or leave for us to collect on day of the service, Please place your check or cash in an envelope with BRIDGET’S HOME CLEANING on the front so that the crew will know it is for them to take. If you would like to arrange payments directly to our account please let me know and I will send a private email so we can arrange an account transfer.
Please notify me as to any changes in the schedule or cancellations at least 48 hours in advance. Please keep in mind this is our living hood and your communication will be appreciate it. YOUR SPOT IS RESERVED Thus, we will not take you off the schedule unless you ask us to do so. Remember that if on day of scheduled cleaning we arrive and we are unable to clean without a notification in advance to make necessary changes, you will receive a cancellation charge.
Also, note that: dishes, pots and pans are not part of our cleaning services, we will happily load the dishwasher; however: we won’t empty it is it takes time; unless you have made prior arrangement with us.
A kind reminder that starting January of 2016;
No additional work may be requested to our cleaning crew on the scheduled cleaning day unless it has been authorize through the office. Please make sure to let us know of any additional requests within 48 hours, prior to your scheduled service. We would greatly appreciate your communication as we normally have other costumer scheduled after you and would like to provide their service on a timely manner; thus, continuing to do our best at providing a professional standard of service.
Our aim is to please our costumers! So, if you ever have a question please don't hesitate to contact me directly, text messages are always welcomed.
